Dr. Inuka Midha is a passionate community health educator, Master Certified Health Education Specialist, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over 20 years of experience advancing chronic disease prevention and self-management. With a background in public health and biocultural anthropology, her work centers on diabetes prevention, asthma and diabetes self-management, and culturally responsive care—especially for underserved communities, children, adolescents, and immigrant and refugee populations.
From community programs and clinical settings to college classrooms, Dr. Midha brings service-learning, equity, and experiential education together to help individuals and communities live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
